Track 6: Agents of Change: Diversity, Social Inclusion, and Marginal Impressions

Marginal Communities advocating for social justice, inclusion, and diversity.

Framework for Research Paper Submission and Presentation

General Guidelines for All Presentations

  • Papers must be original and unpublished.
  • Extended Abstracts should not exceed 800 words and must include a Author(s) Affiliations, Research Paper Title, Research Objectives, Research Methodology, Key findings and Conclusion, followed by 5-6 Key-words.
  • Full papers should be submitted in APA format, 3000 - 5000 words, in English or Hindi, and should include:
    • Title of the Research
    • Simple Abstract (in 300 words)
    • Keywords (5-6)
    • Introduction
    • Review of Literature
    • Gaps in Existing Research
    • Problem-Statement
    • Research Objectives
    • Methodology of the Research
    • Data Analysis (tables, charts, if any)

    • Scope of the Research Significance of the Research
    • Limitations of the Research
    • Implications of the Research
    • Future Research Directions
    • Conclusion
    • Bibliography
    • Annexures (if any)

  • Extended Abstract Submission: 10th February 2025
  • Full Research Paper Submission: 20th February 2025

Three Formats for Research Paper Presentation

General Guidelines for All Presentations

1. Poster Presentations
  • Posters should measure 36" x 48" (portrait orientation).
  • Content to include: Title, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, (and/or QR code linking to the full paper) .
  • Authors must be present at their posters during allocated time slots for discussion.
  • Virtual poster presenters will upload high-resolution PPTs or PDFs (10-20 slides) with their pre-recorded 3 to 5 minute audio summaries.
2. Oral Paper Presentations
  • Each paper presenter will have 12 minutes (8-minute presentation + 4-minute Q&A).
  • Use of PowerPoint presentations is optional.
  • Offline presenters must bring their presentation files on a USB drive, while virtual presenters will share their screens via the virtual platform.
  • All Research Paper Presentations will be evaluated by a panel of experts based on clarity, originality, and research contribution for selection to Awards or Publications.
3. Virtual Paper Presentations
  • Virtual presenters will join live or submit pre-recorded 10-minute presentations.
  • Pre-recorded submissions should be sent by 1st March 2025.
  • Live Q&A sessions will follow all presentations to ensure engagement.

Group Discounts: Institutions registering more than 10 participants will receive a 10% discount.


Awards and Social Recognition

Social Recognition Awards: Honoring 21 exceptional women for their significant contributions to society and the world.

Best Paper Awards: Top 3 research papers in each track will receive certificates, prizes, and recognition.

Certificates of Participation: To be provided to all participants and paper presenters.


Publication Opportunities

1. ISBN Edited Book: Full papers will be published in English and Hindi.

2. Indexed Journals: Selected papers will appear in peer-reviewed journals of national and international repute.
